Operational Systems Diagnostic (OSD) service terms governing structured diagnostic engagements, scope boundaries, and client responsibility.

1. Service Definition

Architect Office provides Operational Systems Diagnostic (OSD) services. This is a structured, paid diagnostic engagement focused on identifying failure points within operational systems, workflows, decision structures, or technical processes.

Deliverables include:

  • Structured analysis of system breakdowns
  • Identification of root structural causes
  • Corrective direction and resolution pathways

No implementation work is included unless explicitly agreed in writing.

2. Nature of Service

This engagement is:

  • A structured diagnostic process
  • Focused on a defined operational issue
  • Based on system-level analysis and reasoning
  • Delivered with human-in-the-loop validation

This is not:

  • Coaching or therapy
  • General consulting
  • Training or education services
  • Ongoing system management

3. Scope Boundaries

Each engagement is limited to one defined operational problem unless otherwise agreed.

Out of scope:

  • Implementation of recommendations
  • Ongoing monitoring or maintenance
  • Unlimited advisory access
  • Unrelated system exploration

4. Client Responsibility

  • Provide accurate and relevant system information
  • Clearly define the operational issue
  • Participate in clarification where required

Architect Office is not responsible for outcomes outside diagnostic scope or execution of recommendations.

5. Output and Delivery

Deliverables may include:

  • Structured breakdown of system failure points
  • Root cause mapping
  • Corrective action pathways
  • Decision clarity frameworks (where applicable)

Outputs are provided in structured written format unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

  • All OSD engagements are paid services
  • Payment required before or at start of session
  • No free diagnostic work is provided

7. Limitation of Liability

Architect Office provides structured analysis based on available information. No guarantee is made regarding outcomes, performance, or results.

All implementation responsibility remains with the client.

8. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be shared externally unless required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and diagnostic structures remain the intellectual property of Architect Office. Outputs are for internal client use only unless otherwise agreed.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Architect Office for an OSD session, the client agrees to these terms in full.
